Terms of Service

Subscription to Cathedral to Chapel® constitutes an agreement between Liturgical Music Productions, LLC (LMP) and the subscribing church organization (Subscriber.) 

Software and Cloud Services

By subscribing to Cathedral to Chapel®, LMP provides software and music content for Subscriber to configure service events, add, remove or change users, and select and perform the music content provided.  Subscriber agrees to not alter or reverse-engineer software or attempt to copy or share music media.

 Copyrights and licenses

LMP arranges and pays for all mechanical licenses of copyrighted music.  Subscriber is responsible to arrange for any public performance and/or streaming licenses.  All software and music media are copyrighted, and all rights are reserved for copyrighted material.

 Subscriptions

Subscriptions are provided on either a monthly or annual basis.  Subscriptions are started by registering with Liturgical Music Productions LLC’s website and posting a valid credit card or by direct payment on an invoice.

Once posted, there is a 2-month subscription-free evaluation period.  LMP will notify the subscriber prior to the end of that evaluation period.  To continue access to Cathedral to Chapel, on or before the end date of the evaluation period select either the monthly or annual subscription on the LMP website.  All subscription fees paid to-date are non-refundable.

 Termination

Either party may, at its option, terminate this agreement.

 Limitation of liability

LMP shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of anticipated revenues, and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or liability arising from or related to any software program, data errors, digital transmission errors, failures, interruptions or delays, regardless of cause.
